OAU Takes The First Position In Bamidele Aturu Inaugural Debate

The ever-brilliant Great Ife students showed other schools why they are termed "Oba Awon University" today by coming first at the 1st Bamidele Aturu Inaugural debate competition which took place at the level of Oduduwa Hall on OAU campus,the schools that took part includes Obafemi Awolowo University(OAU),Ekiti State University(EKSU),University of Ibadan(UI),LASU,Federal University of Agriculture,Abeokuta and Federal college of Education,Abeokuta.

The battle was fought and of course was hot as students were vibrating at their own individual frequency,A well noted speaker is a pharmacy student of OAU who earned a lot of praise from the viewers through her brilliant speech and with many finding it hard to believe that she is not an Art student....

At the end of it all,OAU lead with a total point of 161,UI took 2nd with 154 points,Lasu had 147,Eksu with 124,Fed Uni of Agric,Abeokuta had 122 and lastly Fed College of Edu.Abeokuta had 121.3 points.
